• Crayford Greyhound Track (Crayford) reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time.

• Crayford is not liable for mobile operator errors.
• By sending a text you will be deemed to have read and understood these conditions and be bound by them.

Crayford Competition Rules

• Any person who is an employee of Crayford or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of any particular competition is ineligible to participate.
• By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
• Competitions are only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 and over.
• All decisions of Crayford will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• No purchase necessary, just write the correct answer on a letter/postcard and post to Text2Win Competition, Crayford Greyhound Track, Stadium Way, Crayford, Kent DA1 4HR.
• All entries must be received by Crayford by the closing date specified in the competition.
• No responsibility will be taken by Crayford for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
• If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable Crayford reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. Each competition has only one prize which must be taken at the specified time.
• Crayford will have no responsibility for the acts or defaults of any other persons.
• Crayford reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
• The closing date for the competition is midday UK time on Sunday 22nd April 2012.

• All information on the Crayford website is true to the best of our knowledge, but Crayford does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or for any loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from acting as a result of the information.
