Hire the whole stadium
For larger events (the stadium holds up to 1,200 people), you can hire the entire complex for the day or evening. Ideal for a conference, seminar or wedding, we can tailor the event to suit your requirements and budget. You can ramp up the excitement of your event and have it on a race meet day or evening. Within the hire cost each person will get a race card, and a dedicated organiser will be allocated to the group to assist you with placing your bets.
The Brinton Arrow Suite is suitable for parties of up to 50 people for a buffet and 30 for a meal. The suite offers a light, airy and comfortable setting for any event

Catering
Private catering for events is all handled through Crayford's Heathview Restaurant.
Parties can choose from a wide selection of hot and cold buffet options, or meals from the restaurants' table d'hote menu which offers a varied and sumptuous range of food and beverages. We will cater for vegetarians, or any other dietry requirement.

We can provide all the necessary equipment for your corporate event including overhead projectors, tablet projectors, monitors, white board, flip chart, writing pads, stand panels and more. It is no problem to order in something you specifically require.

Our marketing team are more than happy to arrange day or evening entertainment to make your event memorable, such as comedians, magicians, live music bands, disco's or DJ's.
