Crayside Leisure is a small and friendly sports centre offering a gym, fitness studio and multi-purpose sports hall.
There is something available for all ages including pre-school toddlers and the older generation and all at reasonable prices, paid on the day with no hefty monthly fees.
Many instructed classes have the first session as a taster for FREE to make it easier to choose the right activity.
In the sports hall you can play football, netball or badminton. You can also enjoy martial arts, roller skating, tiny tumblers or trampolining. All sessions are designed to ensure customers can enjoy a mixture of fun and exercise.
Childrens Activities and Parties
Children's birthday parties are available at weekends and include roller-skating, football and the very popular bouncy castle party. Birthday packages include one hour of activity and a second hour in the party room where you can enjoy food and drink of your choice.
The Gym
The gym is 2 years old and top of the range from Italian manufacturer Panatta. With a selection of free weights and resistance and cardio machines, there is something suitable for weight loss and health kick or any type of fitness regime.
The Studio
We have a small studio room that is suitable for various activities such as fitness and dance classes as it has a sprung floor and full length mirrors but it can also be used as a meeting room and for birthday parties.
